About me
My name is Lefteris Fandridis and i am presently based in Athens (Greece). Since 2019 i have worked as an e-Commerce Manager at LETO Baby Stores and along with a team of 4 Specialists, i manage 2 e-Commerce Sites (a b2c and a b2b variant). As part of my day to day responsibilitiies, i have daily interactions with the marketing division and with an external third party agency responsible for Performance Marketing, Development and SEO needs. I also work closely with the EDP team regarding the company ERP & CRM Systems and provide steer for any related needs.
In my free time and over the past 10 years, i have been leading a project in collaboration with Olympiacos Basketball Club, called Redball.gr – this is a well established website & community of active users (many of which are season ticket holders of the team). I have also participated in the development of a 2nd side project, a startup which will build an Entertainment Vortal that will launch at the end of 2025

2013 – 2014
Project Manager e-Commerce
MEDIA MARKT SA | MEDIA SATURN Group
I joined Media Markt after a proposal i had while i was at Kolomvounis Bros SA to join the e-Commerce department as a Project Manager. Collaborated with multiple internal teams in order to progress more than 15 projects and further extend the website usability.
Projects like:
- Sales Team – Operators = I participated with proposals for the creations of an internal team based on the experience i had in a previous company and how we can improve its results and methods along with the overall cost for the whole operation with a co-operation that there was with a call-center company. The total cost decreased over 50%
- Blog – Content Magazine = I had a role as chief editor for the specific project, a role I used to have in previous companies. Collaborated with multiple teams (2 out-source editors, Sales Team, Developers Team) and we had a result that gave a solid interaction between products and content
- Surveys. The request was to choose the appropriate outsource partner (via a quick spec) and create a tool to make surveys in Desktop and also Mobile users of our e-commerce site, creating different scenarios / patterns of the behavior of each possible user and also make a quality analysis of the results that would occur from it).
- Seo Spec = I have created a spec with the participation of 5 companies and my role was to find the appropriate way to compare them. In addition I participated in the final decision regarding the company we must proceed with, and also the services monitoring afterwards
- e-Books Section = My role was to find the right assortment, to research how to present a 3D preview of each book, to build the co-operation with distributors and also collaborate with the Sales Team for further management of the section
- Enrich Products Page / Search Filters = The Project had as its target, to improve the filters of the e-commerce site in comparison with other competitors and to build a system that would offer guidance and easy search ability to our customers. Collaborated with the Sales Team and Developers Team
- Creation of XML Linking for the ecommerce = I lead the activities revolving around reaching a better financial agreement with the outsource vendor and resolve structural problems. I succeeded with a decrease of nearly 40% of the original price/cost to the business.
All the projects were delivered ahead of time and with significant cost savings.
2009 – 2013

I worked for Kolomvounis Bros Company, from 2009 till 2013. My job as head of e-Commerce, was to create from the ground up all the structures that needed in order the company start selling products online

Germanos Group, bought Gameplay some months after Gamics Event, and created the company Gamers EES where appointed me as Project & Community Manager

I have created Gameplay along with a colleague i had in the team was in charge, at ACN SA, in 2004 so we could create a new vortal website / magazine. Gamers.gr and files.gr for Gaming Content. I felt it was time to create something that would be my own at that period of my life and try to shape it my own way.

In 2001, after an offer i had from ACN, an internet service provider of Altec Group, i decided to leave Compulink and create a new business unit of 3 Vortal Sites for Games (Gamecity.gr, Filecity.gr, Multiplayer.gr)(most of the colleagues i had in Compulink, moved with me at ACN). The focus was to create a network of Internet Cafe that used services for online games and an internet card that was used / bought in order to use these services.
